WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A PILATES CLASS?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. For practical and hygiene reasons, grippy socks (Pilates Socks) are also required.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT?

We provide all the necessary equipment to have a great pilates class. Please bring water to keep hydrated and a towel for comfort.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES TO SEE RESULTS?

The frequency of Pilates sessions depends on individual goals and schedules. Many people experience benefits with 3-5 sessions per week. Consistency is key for optimal results.

CAN I DO PILATES IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION?
