[Agreement Terms]
 

 

All classes must be used at the My Pilates Passion studio.

Except as otherwise required by law, class packs are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals and CANNOT be extended.

No refunds or credits will be provided for any classes unused by the expiry date.

Cancellation/rescheduling is required to be made more than at least 9 hours prior to your Group Class and 24 hours prior for Private or Private Duet Class beginning. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a lost credit (class). If you cancel or reschedule your class outside of the cancellation period or are a no-show/absent from your class you will lose your class and will not be entitled to a refund.
 

Unlimited memberships & 3 times a week memberships will incur a $15 fee for late cancellation and/or no shows. 
 

$15 fee will be charged for a wrong transaction of any memberships/Credit Packs.

$289 fee will be charged if you cancel your memberships before your 16 weeks commitment.

$25 fee will be charged per class if you attend extra classes during your payment cycle for memberships. 

$5 fee per day will be charged for late payment for memberships.
